Survival of the Unffitest - part 2 (2024)
This project begins with a simple question: What if I were a lifeform unsuited to the world I inhabit? Rather than asking how the unfit should adapt, the work imagines ways of living without resolving that incompatibility.
The sculptures resemble stools, shelters, passages, and tunnels—objects that seem almost usable, yet never entirely comfortable. They appear as though they could disappear into nature, but never quite belong there. Existing somewhere between furniture, architecture, and organism, they occupy an uncertain position, much like the lives they reflect.
Perhaps every lifeform, no matter how unfitted, is still searching for a place shaped for its existence.
